You can always add or remove items manually before generating a recipe.

Every recipe is generated with realistic measurements, cook times, and step-by-step instructions. If something looks off, you can regenerate, tweak servings, or ask Cravin to substitute an ingredient.

Yes. Every recipe has a built-in serving size adjuster — tap the + or − to set how many people you're feeding, and the calories and macros update instantly per serving (the ingredient amounts stay the same). For bigger changes, use the Refine Recipe button at the bottom to swap an ingredient you're missing or tailor the recipe to your standards.

Absolutely. Save recipes to your cookbook, organize them into collections (Weeknight, Meal Prep, Desserts), and access them anytime — even offline.

Cravin is free to download and you can browse the entire app, but scanning ingredients, creating recipes, and opening any recipe requires a Cravin Pro subscription. It unlocks unlimited scanning, unlimited AI recipes, and grocery list exports.

Pro is $10.99/month, or $39.99/year if you choose the annual plan. There's no free trial, and you can cancel anytime from your app store subscription settings.

Yes. Tap any recipe and add all of its ingredients straight into your shopping list, which lives right inside the app.

Yes. Set allergies (nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, etc.), diets (vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo, halal, kosher), and dislikes. Cravin filters every generated recipe against them automatically.

Yes. Create multiple household profiles with different preferences and allergies, and Cravin will suggest meals that work for everyone at the table.

Photos are processed on-device whenever possible and are never sold or used for advertising. You can delete your account and data anytime from Settings. Full details are on our Privacy page.

Any recipes you've saved to your cookbook are available offline. Scanning ingredients and generating new AI recipes require an internet connection.
